1. Subscription Refunds
1.1 Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscription plans, whether you choose a monthly or yearly membership. If you feel that Create Beyond is not the right fit for you within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund of your subscription fee.
1.2 Exclusions to the Guarantee
The 14-day guarantee is designed to let you explore Create Beyond without risk. However, to protect the integrity of our marketplace and prevent misuse, the guarantee does not apply if, within those 14 days, you have:
Downloaded more than 1 digital products (such as LUTs, templates, or resources) from the Create Beyond marketplace.
Redeemed PIXELS (our in-platform currency) for marketplace items or physical products.
Once you have accessed or redeemed marketplace content, the subscription is considered “used,” and the money-back guarantee becomes void.
1.3 How Refunds Are Processed
To request a refund, simply reach out to our support team within 14 days of your subscription purchase. If your request is eligible, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account.
1.4 Renewal Refunds
Refunds only apply to new subscriptions. If your subscription is already renewed (monthly or yearly), the renewal payment is non-refundable. You may, however, cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.
2. Additional Terms
Refunds only apply to purchases made directly through Create Beyond. If you purchased through a third-party platform, their refund policy may apply instead.
Promotional or discounted subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Abuse of the refund policy, such as repeated sign-ups and cancellations to access free content, may result in restrictions or permanent suspension of your Create Beyond account.
PIXELS earned through achievements, daily streaks, or community actions have no monetary value outside of Create Beyond and cannot be exchanged for cash refunds.
