Payment & Refund Policy.

Effective from 12 May 2026.

This policy explains how billing works at Create Beyond, when refunds are available, and how to request one. It applies to all subscriptions purchased through createbeyond.io or app.createbeyond.io. Together with our Terms & Conditions it forms part of the agreement between you and CREATE BEYOND® (Matthias Dangl).

Subscriptions & Billing

  • Yearly plan - billed as a single annual charge at the time of purchase. Unless cancelled before the renewal date, the subscription renews automatically each year at the then-current price.
  • Monthly plan - billed every month from the date of purchase. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
  • You can cancel either plan at any time from your account dashboard at app.createbeyond.io. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • All prices are shown in euro (€) and include any applicable VAT at the rate prescribed by law for your country of residence. Where required, VAT is calculated and shown separately at checkout.
  • We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment service provider on our behalf; we do not store full card details on our own systems.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer with habitual residence in the EU, you have a statutory right of withdrawal under §§ 312g, 355 BGB. In summary:

  • You may withdraw your contract within 14 days from the day the contract was concluded, without giving any reason.
  • To withdraw, send a clear statement of your decision (for example by email to support@createbeyond.io) before the 14-day period expires. Sending the statement within the period is sufficient.
  • If you withdraw, we will refund all payments we received from you for the cancelled subscription without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless we agree otherwise with you.
  • Loss of the right of withdrawal for digital content. The statutory right of withdrawal expires before the 14-day period ends if performance of the contract has begun and you have (a) expressly consented to immediate performance and (b) confirmed your knowledge that this consent causes the right of withdrawal to lapse once performance begins (§ 356 (5) BGB).

We ask for the consent and confirmation described in (a) and (b) at checkout so that you can use Create Beyond immediately. If you would prefer to retain your statutory right of withdrawal, simply do not give that consent at checkout; we will then wait until the 14-day period has elapsed before granting access. Whether or not you give that consent, the 14-day money-back guarantee described below applies on top of your statutory rights.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, Create Beyond offers a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee on every new monthly or yearly subscription. If the platform is not the right fit for you, contact us within 14 days of your first purchase and we will refund the subscription in full.

The guarantee applies only to initial subscriptions. It does not apply to renewals of existing subscriptions or to subsequent purchases.

What Voids the Money-Back Guarantee

Because Create Beyond includes downloadable assets and a PIXEL gear marketplace, the voluntary money-back guarantee is no longer available if, during the 14-day window, you:

  • download more than one digital product from the platform (for example templates, LUTs, or presets); or
  • redeem PIXEL credits for any reward in the marketplace.

This restriction applies only to the voluntary money-back guarantee. Your statutory right of withdrawal (above) is unaffected, subject to the rules of § 356 (5) BGB on digital content.

Other Limitations

  • Subscriptions purchased at a promotional or deeply discounted price are excluded from the voluntary money-back guarantee unless a refund is required by law.
  • Purchases made through a third-party platform (for example through an app store) are subject to that platform's refund rules; refund requests for those purchases must be submitted to the platform that processed the payment.
  • Repeated sign-ups and cancellations used to extract value without paying may result in suspension or termination of access in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
  • PIXEL credits earned through platform activity have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refunded amount may take up to 14 business days to appear on your statement.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@createbeyond.io within 14 days of your purchase and include:

  • the email address on your Create Beyond account;
  • the date of purchase;
  • the plan you signed up for (monthly or yearly);
  • whether you are exercising your statutory right of withdrawal or the voluntary money-back guarantee;
  • a short reason (optional, but helpful for us).

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within two business days.
